50% Custom Wig Deposit
After we finalize your customization details and you approve the written quote, a 50% deposit of your quoted total is required before we order your wig. This deposit is credited toward your total, not an extra charge. We will send you a personalized invoice for the exact deposit amount. Do not purchase the old $75 deposit listing. Once your wig arrives at House of Della Rose, we will notify you and invoice the remaining 50%, payable within 48 hours of arrival notification, before shipping or delivery. Deposit cancellation and refund terms are provided in your quote and are subject to applicable law.
Final Payment & Cancellation Policy
After your custom wig arrives at House of Della Rose, we will notify you and send an invoice for the remaining 50% balance. The final balance is due within 48 hours of our arrival notification. Your wig will not be shipped or delivered until payment clears.
If payment is not received, we will send a reminder at 48 hours and a final written notice on day 5. You have up to 7 calendar days from our original arrival notification to pay the balance or request an approved payment extension in writing. If payment is still outstanding after day 7, we may cancel the order after written notice and offer the wig for resale, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
The initial 50% deposit is credited toward the wig total. Once sourcing or customization begins, deposit refunds are subject to the cancellation terms accepted before payment and applicable law. If House of Della Rose cannot fulfill an order, any refund rights required by law still apply.
